This intense feeling coffee enhances the palate with its distinctive floral bouquet, rich body, pleasingly fragrant aroma , and a smooth mellowness. This coffee is too nice to roast dark. You can, but the sweetness will quickly turn into malt and the uniqueness of the coffee will simply evaporate. Intense floral notes of jasmine, coriander, and orange peel very well balanced together. Very nice mouth feel and a long, lingering, sweet aftertaste. Extremely clean cup.
